About the Role
KAS Cleaning Services is a family-owned residential and commercial cleaning company in Plano, TX. We are looking for dependable cleaning technicians to join our crews. You will start each day at our Plano office and travel to customer homes and businesses in a company vehicle — no need to use your own car for jobs. Paid training, supplies and equipment are all provided.
What You'll Do
- Report to the Plano office by 7:30 AM and travel to job sites in a company vehicle
- Clean residential and commercial properties following our checklists and procedures
- Dust surfaces, remove cobwebs, and disinfect kitchens and bathrooms
- Vacuum carpets and sweep and mop hard floors
- Perform recurring, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and commercial services
- Use cleaning products safely and protect customer property
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Complete required job documentation in the Jobber app
What You Need
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Comfortable driving a company vehicle
Reliable transportation to and from our Plano office
Dependable and punctual, available Monday–Friday during daytime hours
Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift 25–35 lbs repeatedly
Professional, honest, and detail-oriented
Fluent in English or Spanish — bilingual is a plus
Comfortable using a smartphone app for job details
