KAS Cleaning was founded in 2000 when we were working for an apartment complex and they offered a contract to work for them as a subcontractor. By referrals, we started cleaning houses. Our company has grown slowly but very steady. Because we have had customers enjoying our excellent services they have helped referred us to their family and friends. This is why we do not spend a lot of money on advertising. Our goal is to keep every customer we service to continue using KAS Cleaning and for them not to shop around for another housecleaning service.

KAS Cleaning staff specialize in cleaning residential homes, commercial properties and offices. We provide services in Collin County and surrounding. Our company is fully insured, safeguarding your most personal possessions. Honesty, integrity, good work ethics and hard work are the back bone of our company. We take cleaning very serious. Our goal is customer satisfaction and guarantee our work. We may not be fastest cleaners in town, but we take the time to do it right and not to miss the details. We invite customer feedback so that we can better serve you.

We are not your common house cleaning service! We take the time to listen to our clients. Therefore, if you're thinking about inquiring about our services, please plan ahead and call. We usually book our clients with one week in advance. However, if we have a last minute cancellation we may help you right away. Call us to find out.
